A wonderful ending to a wonderful series!!

the first book dealt with Danny and Emily possibly being brother and sister, and falling in love with eachother. dealing that drama!
This book shows how they deal with how Danny up and left all the problems and every one to deal with the issues alone.. when he comes back things are worse than what they started to be, Danny and Emily blame themseelves over and over again for thee things that constantly happen in the Donavan's home especially when it comes to Danny's brother Jason and his sister Maddie.. This book has alot of tension a lot of learning how to love again and be a family.. I fell in love with each character iin their own way..awesome way to end !!

I enjoyed the first book if thought the second would never be as good but I was wrong. It was absolutely amazing and I believe em and Danny will always be the kinda romance I want to read and maybe participate in.
The story, divided up into two books, is an example of a story that should have been told in one book. There was not much interesting that happened in the second book. While the first book was enjoyable and had enough drama to keep me interested this book dragged. The main conflicts have been resolved in the first book and it felt like this one had mainly fillers, things put in an attempting to justify breaking the story into two parts.

The major conflict from the first book of it their relationship was incestuous was already resolved in that book. Also his father was on his way to becoming a better man and father including giving up drinking prompted in part when he found out that he was not unfaithful to his wife.

Here there is a typical needless separation - something that authors do that irritates me. The majority of the time when the hero and heroine separate it seems pointless, like in this story. Danny leaves without speaking with his family or Emily about it and lives like a homeless man during part of that time including drinking to excess. The only positives to the separation is that it was not years but rather months and at least he remained faithful to her. They ending up making love in this book, which could have easily occurred in the first book. In this book there was unnecessary drama about Danny's brother having issues as a result of Danny's pointless abandonment of the family to find himself and Emily trying to find her role within Danny's family. These things were not interesting and in my opinion, watered down the story. The first book I finished in a day. This book took me weeks, stopping and starting it and reading other books in between.
this was a good ending. I could not put it down. I had to finish it. I had to know was coming next.
Just like the first book in the series this one was a page Turner full of great characters, well written and an awesome love story! There was plenty of tension and issues in this one also but where the first book dealt with Danny and emilys physical desire for each other, this book deals with their desires on a more fundamental level. In book one Emily could have been Danny's sister, but now their relationship is complicated again for a new reason...! This book brought me through so many emotions and was more than I expected!
